Originally in 492 857 (9H -V) later assigned to 458 752 (7V R)
then transferred to 753 (J4 S) and was completely destroyed in an explosion at
Horsham St. Faith on 14 Mar 45. The waist gunner in another B-24 carelessly
fired his .50 without checking closely for ammunition in the gun.
