Flown to England as an original aircraft by 2nd Lt.
George L. Baatz and his crew from Morrison Field, West Palm Beach, FL, under
Orders dated 12 Jan 44. However, its radio call letter was changed several times
form G to R then to S and finally to Z. It was declared war weary in Sep 44 but
re-deployed to the ZI and was at Altus, OK, on 29 Oct 45.
