My Father, Corp. Charles E. Caldwell,  was a trained Radio Operator/Radio Mechanic on the flight line at Harlingen Gunnery School in Texas. This was from a newspaper clipping he saved, stating that the aircraft was bought by St. Petersburg, FL citizens, during a war bond drive.
