Originally 409th BS (YM P) then transferred to 329th BS (RE H). Force-landed 27 Dec 44 at an airfield in Belgium and was hit, set on fire, and broke in two during Operation "Bodenplatte" on 1 Jan 45. Salvaged 5 Jan 45.
