Ferried to Wendover, UT for training with the 489th BG. She was then flown by the crew shown to Halesworth,
England via the southern route. Shortly after this photo was
taken, the plane was severely damaged over France and grounded
for repairs. The aircraft was repaired and was shot down over
Holland.
