On the field at Grottaglie,
Italy, Mar 44. At the time this photo was
taken, HARPER'S FERRY had flown 19 combat missions.
Made at least 86 missions before being relegated
to the depot. Delivered to Bruning 6 Nov 43, and
assigned to Harper's crew. Sent to
the 15th AF Depot in Dec 44. Post-war salvage
16 Aug 45.
