FRANK W. KINKER |
Contributor - Frank
W. Kinker (Left Waist Gunner)
I was a member of the original crew #27
on FLAK MAGNET (41-29273), which we picked up (brand new) in California and flew it via the southern route to Horsham St. Faith, Norwich, England. We were on rest leave when another crew got knocked down in it over Hamm, Germany
22 Apr 44.
Shown is the original crew of FLAK MAGNET taken beside GAS HOUSE MOUSE
that we flew on some missions while waiting for FLAK MAGNET II (41-28962). (The puppy's
name was Lady Roscoe)
