Taken after a mission to Kern, Germany, 5 Jan 45. The Carriker crew flew the mission with Col. Cleveland in command of the 96th Wing.
Was the last bomber shot down by enemy fire during World War II with the loss of all but two of the Farrington crew. The mission was to
Regensburg, 21 Apr 45.
