Note: The first page of
MACR 7200 erroneously reports the Serial Number of the A/C lost on 10 Aug 44,
Rumania (with the Harold C. Mortenson crew) as 41-28815. The A/C lost against MACR #7200 was
actually 41-28608 (IT HAD TO BE YOU), as evidenced by successive pages (Page
4 / Page 5) of the same MACR #7200, where eyewitnesses S/Sgt. Wilson and
Sgt. Talasmik correctly give "608" as the last three of 41-28608.
