Original 389th BG crew had 7 missions, including Ploesti. Transferred to the 814th BS, for special training as "Pathfinders", where they had 10 missions, then transferred back to 389th Bomb Group, where they completed 30 missions in May 1944.

Transferred from 389/567 (HP O-) to 492/856 (5Z Z) to 491st BG (Z) - Involved in an incident with a 303rd BG B-17 at St. Trond, Belgium. Salvaged no battle damage on 20 Mar 45.
