This photo, with a destroyed #1 engine, was flown by Crew #70, an original crew who had
flown B-24H 41-28580 from the U.S. to England. On the mission to Berlin, 8 Mar
44, Captain Grunow flew with this crew, probably as Command Pilot. I also think
they flew as deputy lead. All became POWs:
