Was at 16,500 ft at 1722 hrs when it fell out of formation and went into a dive
and crashed. Two fire crew from the 44th BG were killed; Sgt Monroe and Pvt
Bunalski.

Replacement aircraft crashed at Holland Hall, Garveston, about 2 miles E of
Shipdham, Norfolk, on take-off for its 4th mission. It was the crew's 9th
mission but their first in 42-95160.
